FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!
Shipping
We offer free shipping (3 - 5 business days), anywhere in the U.S to addresses serviced by UPS Ground. For areas not serviced by UPS Ground such as P.O. Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii, we offer free shipping through USPS which may take up to 14 days to arrive. We do not offer expedited shipping options. You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and once an order has been placed there is a 1-3 business day processing time. During high volume sale periods processing times can be 3-5 business days. Processing times can not be expedited.
International Shipping
All products are intended for domestic use within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States. or orders to U.S. addresses with knowledge of export.
Delivery
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Please ensure your order is shipped to the correct address and includes the name of your business to assist the carrier in finding your delivery location. If your order is undeliverable due to an address issue, there may be delays with receipt. If your order is returned to the sender, we will issue a refund for your items once they have been received and inspected at our warehouse which may take 5-7 business days. Returns
All sales are final. Should you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, reach out to: wholesale@jadeleaf.com / Ph: 888-450-9318 for a resolution.
Refunds
All refunds are processed by the WellMore Accounts Receivable Department. Refunds may take 5-7 business days and will be issued to the credit card that was used to pay for your original order. Once a refund is issued, it may take a few days for the transaction to post to your account. For assistance with a refund, reach out to: wholesale@jadeleaf.com
Guarantee
Jade Leaf Matcha is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality Japanese Matcha and your experience is important to us. We stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with our products or you feel the quality of our products you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States is less than expected, please contact: wholesale@jadeleafmatcha.com within 30 days of your date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/third-party marketplace storefronts.
We reserve the right to evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
