Which grade is best for lattes?
We used our best-selling Barista Edition Ceremonial Grade Matcha for this recipe. Flavorful first harvest tea leaves were chosen for our Barista Edition, a ceremonial grade matcha crafted for cafe quality tea and lattes. This grade is preferred by baristas and expert chefs alike. Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp Barista Edition Ceremonial Grade Matcha
- 2 oz water
- 1 tbs lavender syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla syrup
- 8 oz milk
- Ice
Steps
- Fill glass with ice. Add favorite milk of choice (we love almond!).
- Add lavender and vanilla syrup to taste, stir.
- Make a matcha shot! Gently shake or whisk 2 oz water with 1 tsp matcha powder until frothy
- Layer matcha shot over iced drink.
- (optional) Top off with lavender buds
